Launcher takes Sonar’s audience intelligence and produces a complete marketing programme: a media plan, channel-specific creative derived from your key art, and ready-to-approve ad campaigns staged in your own ad accounts. Then it keeps tuning post-launch.

What you get
A three-step workflow with an explicit human approval gate at every stage:
Step 1 — Plan
Sonar’s audience report flows in. Launcher generates a LauncherPlan: the media mix (channels, phases, budget split), per-segment messaging hooks, and a creative brief with tone, visual direction, and asset specs. You review the plan as a marketing programme before anything else happens.
Step 2 — Creative
You hand Launcher your base materials — key art, logo, screenshots, trailer cuts. Launcher generates every channel × segment × variant the plan calls for, sized and copy-tuned per destination. You approve the creative library.
Step 3 — Campaigns
Campaigns are written to your own ad accounts via API — targeting, audiences, budgets, creative all assembled — and staged paused, awaiting your approval. You hit “buy” inside the ad platform’s own UI. Launcher never auto-executes the spend.
Why human-in-the-loop
The platform is built so it cannot autonomously spend money. There is no launch endpoint. Studios provide their own API keys; campaigns always stage paused; final sign-off lives with the studio’s marketing lead. This is an architectural invariant, not a setting.

If your studio uses an ad orchestration partner for channels without practical direct API access, Launcher integrates through that single layer.
Relationship to Sonar
Sonar is the intelligence layer. Launcher is the execution layer. The audience profile, comp analysis, and media-mix recommendation flow directly into plan generation. If Launcher needs an audience fact Sonar doesn’t produce, the fix is to extend Sonar — not to duplicate research in Launcher.
Where it lives
Launcher is part of the Hypercade portal at app.hypercade.io (UI mounted at /launcher/). Same login as Sonar, Radar, and the Studio Portal.
Status
Live. Plan generation, creative multiplication, and campaign staging are all running in production. Continuous post-launch optimisation is on the roadmap.
