Products
Foundation Hypercade’s DevOps platform. CI/CD infrastructure, crash reporting, bug tracking, analytics for Unreal and Unity studios. The free or low-cost entry point that gets studios onto the Hypercade platform.
Sonar Community intelligence software. Scans 8 social platforms for fan communities around comp titles, surfaces audience insights useful for marketing and design decisions. Used for pre-launch audience seeding.
Radar Project risk intelligence engine. Monitors PM tools, CI/CD, and version control to flag project health issues weeks before they surface in status calls.
Scorecard Launch-readiness benchmarking. A milestone-gated rubric (Greenlight / Vertical Slice / Alpha / Beta / Launch-Ready) scoring your game across six axes — Market, Product, Tech, GTM, Team, and Business — using a data-driven signal registry with a Claude narrative pass on top.
Launcher Campaign marketing automation. Takes Sonar’s audience read and produces a complete marketing programme: media plan, multiplied creative, and campaigns staged in your own ad accounts across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and Twitter/X. Human-in-the-loop at every step — Hypercade never spends money on your behalf.
Platform concepts
Studio Portal The web app where studios manage games, builds, and team. Access at app.hypercade.io. Same login covers Sonar, Radar, Launcher, and Scorecard.
Composite Risk Score A 0-100 number representing overall project health in Radar. Higher is worse. Combines velocity, build health, scope, team, and code quality signals.
Signal A single metric that Radar tracks (e.g., commit velocity, build failure rate, scope creep). Signals combine to produce the composite risk score.
Connector An integration with an external service (PM tool, version control, CI system). You authorize Hypercade to read data from the service to power Sonar, Radar, or other features.
buildScripts Hypercade’s internal repository of CI/CD templates for Unreal and Unity. When you add a game, buildScripts automatically generates the build configuration.
Data and intelligence
nyxData Hypercade’s analytics ingest service — a Cloudflare Worker that receives game-client telemetry and writes it to BigQuery. Studios opt in via the Foundation analytics SDK. nyxData powers per-studio dashboards and, in aggregate, the cross-studio dataset that Scorecard, Launcher, and Liftoff reason against.
Fan Base Adjacency The first stage of Sonar analysis. Identifies fan communities discussing your comp titles.
Fandom Type Mapping The second stage of Sonar analysis. Classifies fan communities by player type and behavior.
Quantic Foundry Motivation Mapping The third stage of Sonar analysis. Maps audience motivations using the Quantic Foundry framework (Action, Completion, Power, Social, Immersion, Story, Creativity).
IP Recommendations Fourth stage of Sonar analysis. Suggests comp titles based on audience overlap.
Weighted Audience Scoring Fifth stage of Sonar analysis. Ranks communities by relevance and reachability.
Game Design Brief Sixth stage of Sonar analysis. Seeding recommendations and design insights based on audience intelligence.
Tools and services
TeamCity Build server used by Foundation. Compiles code, runs tests, produces artifacts. Hypercade operates a shared instance.
BugSplat Crash reporting service used by Foundation. Captures crashes, symbolizes stack traces, groups by issue.
Cloudflare Workers
The serverless compute platform Hypercade runs on. The Studio Portal, Sonar, Radar, Launcher, and Scorecard all live in a single unified Worker (the “Singularity”) at app.hypercade.io. Static assets for each tool’s UI are served via Workers Assets.
BigQuery Data warehouse used by Foundation analytics. Stores aggregated game telemetry.
Company terms
Liftoff Deal intelligence platform for investors and funds (internal only, not public). Provides slate insights and deal risk scoring for game fund portfolios.
