Studio Portal

The Studio Portal is where you manage your games, watch your builds, and coordinate your team. Access it at app.hypercade.io.

The portal is available on web, iOS, and Android. The experience is the same across all platforms.

Getting started

Go to app.hypercade.io and enter your email. We’ll send you a one-time code. No passwords, no accounts to set up.

After login, you’ll see your organization dashboard. If this is your first time, it will be empty. You’re ready to add your first game.

Roles and permissions

Three roles exist in Hypercade:

• Org Admin - typically the studio lead. You can add games, manage team members, and adjust org settings.
• Org Member - developers and staff. You can view build status, crash data, and analytics, but can’t add games or manage team settings.
• Hypercade Staff - internal only.

Your role is set when you’re invited to the organization. If you think your role is wrong, email hello@hypercade.io.

Your game list

The portal’s main view shows all games in your organization. For each game, you see:

• Build status - the latest build’s result (success, failure, running)
• Last build time - when the last build completed
• Platform - what you’re building for (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.)
• Latest version - the version number of the last successful build

Click a game to drill into build details, crash reports, and analytics.

Adding a game

See Managing Games for step-by-step instructions. In short: provide your game’s name, repo URL, and engine (Unreal or Unity), and Hypercade configures the CI/CD pipeline automatically.

Real-time updates

The portal updates in real time. If a build fails while you’re watching, you’ll see the failure immediately. No refresh needed.

You can also enable push notifications. When a build breaks on main branch, you’ll get a notification on your phone.

Multiple studios

If you’re a publisher managing multiple studios, you can create separate organizations in Hypercade. Each organization has its own games, builds, and team. Switch between organizations from the portal’s settings menu.
